YOUTH MINISTRY AT FPCPC:

 First Presbyterian Church supports a budding youth program.  Our goal is to build a ministry that emphasizes our fellowship, unity, worship and service in Christ Jesus.  As we meet, we share and pray for  our concerns, talk about our how our faith in Christ enables us to face the varied issues issue of life, and make plans for service to others in Jesus’ name.   

 Currently, we meet on Sunday afternoons from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.  We are arranging a number of community service events so that we will be active with outreach and service.  We plan on having our group participate in the “Relay for Life,” for cancer research.

 Plans are coming together for a summer retreat in Pigeon Forge TN June 18-23.  The week will focus building a cohesive group in the Lord Jesus Christ, and making long range plans for the coming year.

Our Middle School youth will be attending the Great Escape Youth Conference at the Southwind retreat center in Ocala, FL.  July 25-30.  Call the church office, 813 752 4211 for information.
